Shipping charges are automatically deducted by the shopping cart on orders that reach the minimum to qualify for free shipping (6 cans or 12 boxes). Free shipping orders will be shipped by either UPS or US Mail at our discretion.

Your order has been received and will be processed in 24-48 hours (except on weekends). Your order should arrive in 4-7 business days. We do our best to ship on time and chances are that your order will arrive earlier than you think it will. If your order has not been received after 7 business days have passed, please call 866.832.7546 or email orders@teatech.com and we will trace your package for you.

*Please note that if you haven't given us a UPS-deliverable street address your order may be delayed until we can contact you to verify your address.

**All orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO's are shipped via US Mail once per week. Orders shipped via US Mail typically take up to 3 weeks to be delivered, and may take as long as 6 weeks to certain destinations. 
***International orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for these special shipments to arrive.

RETURN POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by teatech.com for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:

What do I need to do for a return?

Call our Customer Service Department at 1.866.832.7546 or 801.755.3550 (Within UT State) for a return authorization number (RGA#).You can also request an RGA# by e-mail by submitting a written return request to info@teatech.com. Please specify your order number, and invoice number if available, along with the product being returned and the reason for the return.

Where do I send in my return?
When sending your return, please indicate the reason for your return and be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.

Are there any restrictions or restocking charges?
You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

If your return is not the result of our error, a return shipping fee of $8.00 will apply on all orders that qualified for free shipping. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Return items that are not in salable condition will be charged a 20% restocking/handling fee. Credits/refunds will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that are incurred are not refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will be happy to replace or refund for the damaged/defective/incorrect items in your order. In some cases, we may request that you send the damaged/defective/incorrect items back to us, while in other cases we will request that you dispose of the items appropriately. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective/incorrect items until you have spoken with a Customer Care Specialist.

We provide free return shipping and refund of any applicable shipping charges if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.). Shipping is not refundable for any other reason.
